  2. What is our shipping policy?

    Orders $99 and below are shipped at a flat fee of $9.99. Orders $100 and over are shipped for free.

    • Orders are shipped via UPS or best pricing.  Expedited orders may be subject to additional fees.

    • Non UPS items may be shipped via freight truck. Freight charges may apply due to weight class.

    • Shipping time is 1-3 business days, and sometimes next day depending on delivery address. 

    • We do not ship to PO boxes or freight forwarding companies.

  3. What is your return policy?

    We guarantee your satisfaction with our products and have a 100% hassle-free return policy. If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, or simply wish to return/exchange a product, please notify customer service at Customerservice@myeliteproducts.com as soon as possible. Returns will be accepted if requested and the product is received within 30 days of purchase and in the original containers. A restocking fee may apply if returns are not received within the 30 day timeframe.
